Our friend "aunt" Christine visited for a few days near Thanksgiving. In addition to bringing us smuggled cranberries from the U.S. and yummy cookies and beer from Belgium, she also went with Cricket (alone, with no kids!) to Paris for 24 hours. Cricket and Christine did a whole mess of un-kid-centered things like spending gobs of time at the Musée d'Orsay (pictured below), eating leisurely meals, and walking around Paris at night.
